• Where is the store based?

  Humacao, Puerto Rico

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  For the time being, I am not making Global/International sales. I need to do more research before I choose to do so. I apologize for the inconvenience. I do hope to include this service soon enough

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

  Priority/First Class Mail may take between 2-10 business days to arrive. However due to Covid-19, orders may be delayed.

• Are the items handmade?

  Yes! Everything is handmade. All plushies are hand stitched. All resin charms, keychains, etc are also handmade. Some items are more specific and custom. But for even more details, you may write to me directly here or via my social media.

• Is First Class shipping insured?

  Yes! From now on (June 2021) all First Class orders will be shipped with insurance (even though the item description says otherwise, it will be).

• When will items ship?

  All items are shipped on a Saturday AFTER CLEARED PAYMENT! All customers will receive a tracking number. All orders are insured.

• What if my item is slightly different colored than the picture, can I still get a refund then?

  Most items in my shop are made with resin. Over time, oxidation may make the items change color slightly, turning them a bit yellowish. I won't sell items that have gone too far in the yellowing. But to answer the question, no. This is not a reason for me to make refunds.

• What is Storenvy?

• How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

  The Storenvy checkout process is powered by both Stripe and PayPal, two of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.

• What if something is wrong with my order?
